Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible to the Director of Member Experience to build, grow, and optimize online channels and marketing programs, including WWW, content, SEM, email, display and mobile marketing, in order to drive sales and service utilization activity across www.chartway.com. The position will oversee website content and design, develop online sales strategies, drive customer acquisition, and deepen member relationships with products and services.

The position is responsible and accountable for:
• Utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) protocols and managing all related outcomes including SEO, keyboard analysis, content enhancement, link building and Adword/Adsense campaigns
• Managing and executing all digital marketing programs, partnering within and beyond team to connect efforts to broader campaigns: SEM, Paid Search, Mobile, Display, Email, Text, landing pages, lead generation forms/applications, and budget management
• Develop WWW site maps and user flows, recommending improvements based on experience and data
• Manage recurring web content review meetings, suggesting improvements and ensuring all pages are up to date
• Manage email deployment schedule, process, list management and member contact experience
• Gather and analyze traffic to the website, consumer behavior, sources, funnels and conversion rates
The knowledge, skills and abilities for the position include proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, & UX along with ad tracking, tagging and content management, demonstrated experience with SEO, SEM and email marketing strategies. Strong analytical, project management, presentation and verbal and written communication skill with a constant focus on ROI and results. The ability to analyze and interpret data with a key understanding of how technology operations help drive core sales results.
Education and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of e-commerce/online experience; has successfully designed, developed and measured multi-channel digital marketing campaigns as well as managed B2C website
• Preferred Experience: Financial Services or service-based background
