Marketing Specialist

The Chartway Marketing Specialist - Western Region, reporting to the Director of Marketing, is responsible for developing a strong Chartway brand presence in both our Utah and Texas markets by managing local marketing, sponsorship and branch merchandising efforts across the Western footprint.  In addition, the Marketing Specialist will manage the enterprise marketing calendar and support additional projects as needed.

This position is responisble for managing Branch Modernization efforts, including member communications, signage, collateral and opening events. Develops local marketing/sponsorships investment recommendations, partnering with community contacts and branch employees, recommending investments, overseeing execution and managing calendar and budget. Supports larger, regional sponsorships as needed, including developing marketing materials and attending events to represent Chartway.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, and approximately two to four years of demonstrated progression in job related experience.  Design and copywriting skills preferred, but not required. Must have event planning, coordination and management experience, as well as Branch/store merchandising/collateral development experience – both digital and print ideal. Must have experience managing advertising agencies and/or internal creative resources to ensure on-strategy, on-budget and on-time delivery. Must have a keen ability to prioritize competing, deadline-driven efforts.
