The Director of Member Experience/Marketing, reporting to the Vice President of Member Engagement, is responsible for member growth strategies including member marketing initiatives such as onboarding and win-back programs, notification communications, Net Promoter Score administration and results reporting. Responsibilities include developing member engagement strategies, driving member retention metrics through marketing efforts, and mapping member experience flows while identifying opportunity areas. This position will also work to create member notification standards, lead the NPS program, partner with payment issuers to develop and implement usage strategies and manage external agencies and partnerships.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, and 5-7 years of progressively more responsible job related experience. The qualified candidate will have the ability to translate data into recommendations, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. A knowledge of CRM platforms and MCIF systems is preferred.
